There is a very odd problem where GAL contacts are not populated automatically in Outlook. The users in AD / Exchange are not hidden from the GAL and I have tried the "download address book" to no avail. Users have to create individual contacts for everyone they want and those reflect in exchange / outlook / mobile device, but they should populate automatically; no? I believe there are two problems: 1) gal not populating in outlook 2) exchange sync of contacts on mobile phone (I believe this requires a 3rd party tool).Your expertise is very much Fi, Felix
